As of 8 pm tonight the Have Faith in YHWH Program will be on my website and YouTube channels. We will look back at last seasons episodes briefly and plot the way forward for this season. The first episode is entitled "We look forward to Great Fun". We will be featuring ways to improve our health physically, mentally and spiritually.

The health drive as I refer to it will include sessions in the gym, guests will give us advice on fitness training, diet, etc., and we together will seek out the best practices for living healthy, vibrant, and sucessful lives. The search for answers to questions about illnesses, such as hypertension, diabeties, cancer and so on will continue with all the sources of knowledge we have (internet, Holy Scriptures, professionals: coaches, doctors and so on, as well as YHWH'S Holy Spirit leading and guiding us).
